Some DevOps users navigation link to Retrospectives board gives error ‘We detected and error in the application’

Describe the bug
2 of our DevOps users, when they try to access the Retrospectives board using the left hand navigation pane under Boards receive an error ‘We detected and error in the application’
If a user that can access OK sends the URL to the page those affected users can access the board OK.
Comparing the URL of a working versus non working link I can see that the teamID and boardID do seem to differ which is maybe the cause ?

Working link contains :
teamId=8a397786-3be7-499f-bedd-6600c12f0b0e&boardId=d51c1bd0-ac9f-4de2-a59f-7018a8d9b1cc

non-working link from navigation gives :
teamId=1f252e80-808e-4590-aa70-c28cf1cea0c4&boardId=afecf979-f045-4fef-8753-46ce2579e795
