Retrospectives Teams assessments: Unable to navigate links in tooltip for each question using keyboard

Repro Steps:
Open an ADO project
Select board > Retrospectives from left navigation bar
Activate Team assessment button
Tab to the round ! button that is to the right of the question. An tooltip opens automatically.
On the info tip, there are some links, try to tab to one of the links.

Actual Result:
Cannot tab to the links in the tooltip
