Retrospectives: Column header/Top level group “what went well”, "What provide clarity" etc. are not communicated when we tab to feedback cards. #1051

Install the Retrospectives Extension:

Go to the Azure DevOps Marketplace and search for the "Retrospectives" extension.
Click "Get it free" and follow the prompts to install it to your Azure DevOps organization.

Create a Retrospective:

Navigate to your Azure DevOps project.
In the left-hand menu, select "Boards" and then "Retrospectives."
Click on "New Retrospective" to create a new session.

Add some feedback items under each column
With screen reader enabled, tab to the feedback through the columns

Actual result:

A user is not informed which column the feedback card is in. when we tab to feedback cards.

Expected result:

When we navigate to feedback card screen reader should announce also announce group name.
