Does this issue occur when all extensions are disabled?: Not sure

  • VS Code Version: 1.68.1 and 1.69.0 - Insider
  • OS Version: macOS 13 dev beta 2

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Open VScode
  2. Notification re-login to Github account.
  3. Click to Signin and back to VScode. Authenticated.
  4. Reload windows or Close and open VScode.
  5. Re-login notify back.
