@Ztachi I see a lot of CPU usage in:

Does this high CPU usage reproduce when disabling all extensions (F1 > Disable all installed extensions)?

Thanks for your answer. After investigation, I have found the reason.
If I disable Vetur, then CPU usage is normal.But this was an important extension, so I decided to temporarily reinstall VScode1.51.0.
In the end, I chose to pause the process.Because it can work but it's still initializing
