How to use WSL behind proxy server?

We operate our Windows PCs behind a corporate proxy server.

How should I tell WSL about the proxy server?

(Currently commands such as 'sudo apt-get update' hang.)

I got a few tips for few things to work. It has my proxy hardcoded though. Replace 172.16.19.11 by your own proxy in file '01proxy'.

I'm using this one: https://github.com/samuong/alpaca . It works nicely with *.pac files
