[Run][Plugin Manager] Plugin settings: Drive-Warning-Setting lost on upgrade from 0.31.2

We have now implemented a plugin management for PT Run into the settings ux. (PR #9872; Issue #5273)

Bug

On updating from 0.31.2 the setting for drive detection warning isn't migrated correctly. I have enabled it (to hide the warning) and after upgrading the checkbox isn't selected.

Additional note

Some backward incompatibility is acceptable in case it requires to much work, (...) #9872 (comment)

This is a remaining work item form PR #9872.

Removed the installer label since this is not a bug in the installer but in the way the Settings/Plugin Manager handle this setting.

It is available. It only get lost duting oupdate to the mentioned version.

Moved to 0.47 because it's a backward compatibility issue for one option and doesn't seem to affect a lot of users

Only if you update from old version (<=0.32.2). Let's close as won't fix.
