A Powertoys function to install and uninstall modules.

Scenario when this would be used?

All scenario.

Supporting information

Due to the growing amount of Powertoys' modules, the installing size of Powertoys is becoming larger and larger.

A lot of users are not using all of them, maybe a user has to install all of the modules just in order to use a single module.

Now it's probably a good time developing a function, just like a module store, to intall modules what users want and uninstall what they don't need.
