use the command mplx toolbox token create ...
it will get this error

    InterfaceImplementationMissingError: Tried using UploaderInterface but no implementation of that interface was 
    found. Make sure an implementation is registered, e.g. via "context.uploader = new MyUploader();".

This was fixed in a PR merged over the weekend and will come out in the next release. Thank you for also bringing it to our attention.
