Pinning a tab in non-default Panel switches to default Panel

Steps to reproduce

• Create a secondary panel (eg: Work)
• Switch to that panel
• Create a new tab, enter a URL
• Right click -> Pin

Expected behavior

Tab should be pinned to new Panel (Work) and Work panel should continue to be displayed.

Actual behavior

Tab is pinned to new panel (Work), but Sidebery UI switches to Default panel.
