Would be nice to have benchmarks and execute them on a regular basis.

Agreed! Wanna do a pull request? We’ll probably want to use Benchmark.js.

Hi, did you end up implementing any performance tests or is it still pending ?
It owuld be really great to have a perf benchmark, maybe even with other parsers
