Unified SCSI API and Disk Handling Wrapper

Ahoy, i hope you are doing fine.

I am currently in the process of porting nwipe to FreeBSD and other Unixoid platforms.
In order to do so i am currently working on a new file and framework replacing the current SCSI interaction in
hddtemp_scsi and hpa_dco by a unified wrapper, providing some sort of API between nwipe and OS specific disk management.
So i am currently getting rid of both the hddtemp_scsi directory and the hpa_dco library and creating a new one maintaining the same featureset but cross-platform.

Also doing the same for the device.c providing cross-platform buffering and Direct I/O

Just to track this.
