Describe your issue

The 'Discover Packages' tab doesn't seem to find (some) Cargo packages, despite the Cargo logs indicating that cargo did find the package.

Steps to reproduce the issue

Start UniGetUI, enter 'cargo-machete' in the filter text box on the Discover Packages page. Observe that no package named cargo-machete is found for Cargo.

Relevant information

I disabled all package managers except WinGet, Scoop and Cargo in the logs here, but the same thing happens with all the other package managers enabled as well.

Additionally, my RUSTUP_HOME and CARGO_HOME environment variables are defined to point at a non-default location.

Cargo through UniGetUI does only allow listing crates that contains binaries. Libraries are not listed on UniGetUI. Could this be the reason for which some packages are missing?

Why are libraries not listed? Pip, npm, and vcpkg all show libraries in the list.

Because libraries can't be globally installed in cargo
