Marked version: 15.0.7

Describe the bug
Bold and italic emphasis formatting is ignored, and the literal * or _ is printed instead, when between quotes that have been escaped (\`)

To Reproduce
Put bold or italic emphasis between "back-tick" quotes that have been escaped with a backslash as in the demos. Note that while the demos use * to mark emphasis, the same happens when using _.

  1. Marked Demo
  2. CommonMark Demo

Expected behavior
The emphasis is marked up as normal between the escaped quotes
