Delete deprecated packages from MyGet

I realized that he following packages are in nuget but are not found in the vm-package repository, all of them have the property isLatestVersion to true and they are not excluded packages:

Thanks for collecting the packages that have been removed from this repository but are still in MyGet @sara-rn.

• For a while, 7zip.vm was a metapackage that just installed 7zip-nsis.vm. We kept 7zip-15-05.vm and implemented it in this way as we were not sure about migrating from 7zip-15-05.vm to 7zip-nsis.vm and this allowed us to easily change from one to the other if needed. The code in 7zip-nsis.vm was moved to 7zip.vm and 7zip-nsis.vm and 7zip-15-05.vm were removed in Fix 7z wrong password empty output #1254.
• fiddlerclassic.vm was renamed to fiddler.vm in [fiddler.vm] Follow metapackage documentation #1006 to follow the metapackage documentation.
• Diaphora is installed as an IDA plugin since Install Diaphora as an IDA plugin #1069 and consequently was renamed to ida.diaphora.vm.
• libraries-extra.python3.vm used to installed the XRefer dependencies and was removed with the introduction of the ida.plugin.xrefer.vm package in Add ida.plugin.xrefer.vm #1207. We forgot to remove libraries-extra.python3.vm from FLARE-VM default configuration when adding ida.plugin.xrefer.vm in [config] Add new packages flare-vm#644, good catch @sara-rn! • microsoft-windows-terminal.vm was renamed to windows-terminal.vm in Package Fix: Microsoft-Windows-Terminal #936
• ollydbg and x64dbg plugin packages were renamed in [renaming] Make plugin packages naming consistent  #1044
• truestedsec-remote-ops-bof.vm has a typo in the name that was corrected in Fix trustedsec-remote-ops-bof package name #1065. I see the package name with the typo being mentioned in some recent issues such as ZimmermanTools host change (again?) #1321 by @nadrojisk. I imagine users selected the package during the installation and that they could have selected trustedsec-remote-ops-bof.vm instead.

We normally don't delete package from MyGet immediately after deleting them from VM-Packages, as they may still be used by our users to ensure they have enough time to update. As most of the deletions happened a lot of time ago, I think we are ok to delete them from MyGet (after removing libraries-extra.python3.vm from FLARE-VM default configuration). @mandiant/vms anything against this? Does anyone needs more time before we delete these packages from MyGet?

We also need to delete flarevm.installer.vm from MyGet (tracked in #907).
