Github storage question

With using Github for the storage backend, it appears that once an update (commit) happens, I am not able to perform another update without restarting the CMS (presumably so that it fetches the latest commit sha).

I'm seeing an error;

ERROR HttpError: 2024-03-01T21:18:48.247Z [POST] http://localhost:3000/admin/document/landing-page - src/index.md does not match 62505977f2eb5c915a480f785063c8de01e84f78 - https://docs.github.com/rest/repos/contents#create-or-update-file-contents
