Icon not displayed with svelte 5 and renderComponent function

Hi, I have this code with Svelte 5 and the icon is not displayed:

/src/routes/customers/columns.ts

import Bell from 'lucide-svelte/icons/bell';
...
return renderComponent(TableHeaderItem, {

});

I don't have the problem with the old syntaxe:
