[Feature Request] support LibreTranslate

There is this great project https://github.com/uav4geo/LibreTranslate which opens a tone of possibilites:

• offline translation by running on your desktop
• OSS!!!!!
• self hosted

Would love to see it supported by your plugin.
It would require to be able to define a custom translate engine:

• name
• type: to recognize it is LibreTranslate and use the correct rest API
• url
• an optional api key
