Add warning on using Git/R Project while automatic syncing is turned on #34

Users will have issues with compiling if Google Drive sync, OneDrive, Surfdrive or any other cloud sync programme is running in the background (and if they are directly working on cloud too) - the advice is to 1. Work locally on your projects and 2. Disable cloud syncing for the time being or move the directory out of reach of the automatic cloud sync

@SvonGrebmer can you clarify how specifically this issue comes about? Are you working locally with files in the cloud? Or are you working from e.g. RStudio Cloud?

@NeuroShepherd - for me for instance I was working locally but in the background Google Drive was syncing my files :)

Were the specific files you were working with in your R project being synced to Google Drive, or was it just generally running in the background syncing other files? I'd be a bit surprised if the latter option caused issues.
