Can Cruise Control be used for latest kafka version 3.9.0 (kraft)?

What is the latest version of cruise control and can we use that in production for kafka latest version(3.9.0) with kraft setup?

As of right now, the Cruise Control metrics reporter (v2.5.142) is compatible with Kafka brokers from v3.1.0 up to at least v4.0.0. However, the Cruise Control server itself is only compatible with Kafka up to v3.8.0.

To improve Cruise Control's compatibility with newer Kafka versions, we should migrate away from internal Kafka APIs and rely solely on the public APIs [1].
