Coach > Learners - Seeing all lessons in "Lessons completed" and not just the assigned ones

Observed behavior

Reporting this as a minor issue that could be confusing to some users - when I am at Coach > Learners > Learner and I look at the Lessons completed section then I see that it shows all of the lessons created by the coach and not only the lessons which are actually assigned to the learner. For example I have created a total of 7 lessons, but only 5 are assigned to that particular learner, yet the value in Lessons completed is 3 of 7 while I was expecting to see 3 of 5:

Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Install Kolibri v0.18.0-beta3
2. Create several lessons and assign some of them to a learner
3. Go to Coach > Learners > <Learner> and look at the "Lessons completed" section
