Nowadays langchain-google-vertexai, langchain-google-vertexai and langchain-google-community are using the old Google library (google-cloud-aiplatform). It seems Google is pushing on using google-genai.
I noticed that sometimes structured outputs or tool calls are not consistent between google-genai and langchain-google-vertexai.
Also it would be interesting the unification of Gen AI API and Vertex AI API on google-genai library.
Is there any plan on migrating these libraries to google-genai and maybe combine both libraries into one?
