Is v0.10.2 a pre-release?

The v0.10.2 release is currently showing up as a pre-release in the GitHub UI is this correct?

If it's a pre-release then I'd have thought the tag should be a pre-release tag such as v0.10.2-rc.1? The tag and the GitHub pre-release label are currently at odds with each other.

We're promoting the v0.10.2 today.

How come it wasn't done with a pre-release SemVer tag?

Also what happened to the v0.11.0 release that disappeared?

The v0.11.0 was a versioning mistake, I'm not sure about the pre-release semver tagging. We haven't been too strict on versioning in the past, we will make sure to do better the next time we do pre releases which I personally don't see happening a lot in the future.
