Host a Konveyor instance to aid work on Spring Boot 2->3 analysis + migrations

A team of consultants have offered their help in working through Spring Boot 2->3 migration scenarios with Konveyor. To help us with collecting data we need to provide a hosted version of Konveyor for their usage.

One caveat with this is that the data being captured on the hosted Konveyor instance will be of use to our development team. We will want to ensure we have recurring backups running on the Konveyor instance. To date, I don't know of any documented workflow we recommend for backup/restoring data from Konveyor.
