Index page: Data flow section

The workflow diagram on the index page is a bit out of context.

It seems like an existing (prior to FHIR and HIE strengthening) data flow but contradicts the capability of the IG becuase it shows HL7 messages, not FHIR.

We may need to have two data flow diagrams then, one which also includes a flow for the strengthened HIE flow that incorporates FHIR.

Both flows will require narrative that flows in some sort of story. Data transformation is taking place somewhere so that can also be spoken to, possibly with a reference to some technical doc/IG page. This IG is not doing any transformation though so we must just be clear on any points made.

Can you assist with this? If not, can you perhaps suggest who might be able to?
