New maintainer, new version

@snaggle-ai has been so kind to transfer ownership of this repo to me as I built https://github.com/janwilmake/slop-mcp and https://openapisearch.com

Now, I've migrated slop-mcp here, it is available under v2.x.x onwards.

The main difference between v1 and v2 is that:

• this does not allow for OpenAPI tool use, oauth2 and long lists of tools for huge OpenAPI specs are still an unsolved problem and a big challenge.
