Initial setup missing mention of configuration of 'Sign in with Apple for Email Communication'

When trying to follow the initial setup guide, firstly, all the screenshots are now out of date with the new Apple Developer interface and secondly and more importantly, trying to edit the Identifier to toggle on Sign In with Apple will fail with the error:
Adding or removing any capabilities will invalidate any provisioning profiles that include this App ID and they must be regenerated for future use.

in such a way that the Save button never works correctly.

This can be fixed by navigating to the Services item in the menu and filling out the Sign in with Apple for Email Communication form:

Suggest that the initial setup guide be updated with the latest approach.

Hi there - I have very little time to use maintaining this package and am limited mostly to triage+fixing critical functionality issues, I'm mostly focused on Notifee and producing an integrated example. I'd welcome any PRs that helped keep this package alive and more up to date
