Audacity OpenVINO 3.7.1 Exception code 0xc0000094 crash reason: EXCEPTION_INT_DIVIDE_BY_ZERO

I installed Audacity 3.7.1 fresh and it ran fine then I installed OpenVINO 3.7.1 plugin, the Audacity crashed with the Exception Code 0xc0000094.
Crash Reason: EXCEPTION_INT_DIVIDE_BY_ZERO
