Sync Whisper Transcription with Time Line

But, the transcription as saved as text is not synced with the actual time line. This keeps us locked into Audacity watching and listening to the audio play waiting for a specific spot we identified for an edit in a saved text file rather than identifying what needed to be edited by reading through the text file and navigating to that point on the time line.

Audacity shows us an "odemeter" so to speak but it is pragmatically useless as it cannot AFIK be used to navigate.
Audacity lacks the means to type in a numerical value and navigate to an explicit point on the time line, mark it and proceed to the next, mark it and then delete the selected range delineated by the markers.
