Osprey package has no vignettes, it would need some for future users.

osprey has managed without vignettes thus far so moving this out of UAT and into backlog

Note - you will need to add

VignetteBuilder:
knitr

back into the DESC file, it was removed here

Hi @lcd2yyz
The team thought that it may be better if the vignette is created by someone who is closer to the package as a user and I see your name as author =)
Any chance you would like to take this on?
