In revanced-patches-5.3.1, YouTube Music has the Spoof client patch and the Spoof streaming data patch.

Both patches resolve playback issues, but having two patches that work similarly can cause confusion to the user.

For this reason, the Spoof streaming data patch has been removed and the Spoof client patch supports all versions (in revanced-patches-5.4.1-dev.1).

Additional context

Still, some users may experience playback issues even with the Spoof client patch.

Workaround 1. Use YouTube Music 7.16.53 or earlier
: If you use YouTube Music 7.16.53 or earlier and set client type to iOS Music 6.21, there will probably be no playback issue.

Workaround 2. Include Spoof Wi-Fi connection patch
: It may be valid for some users.

Also, Spoof app version is no longer a valid workaround.

A few weeks ago, Google stopped supporting the app version 5.55.53 or earlier.
