The bug

Since 1.135.0, the folder view is no longer sorted alphabetically. The order appears to be somewhat random.

Potentially related to recent changes in #18980 (although that PR notes changes to both folder and tags, and I'm only seeing this behavior on the folder view)

This is also reproducible on the demo instance.
