Describe the issue

At the moment DT I-D expiring email is:

<draft-..-01.txt> was just expired.
This Internet-Draft is in the state "I-D Exists" in the Datatracker.

With subject: I-D was expired <draft-...-01.txt>

May be this email should not mention any extensions.
