Overview

We currently maintain separate versions for the JS client, Helm chart, and GitHub Action. This creates confusion and extra overhead.

Proposal:

Use a single VERSION file as the source of truth.
Add scripts to propagate the version to:
- Chart.yaml
- JS client package.json files
Update the release pipeline to publish all artifacts on version bump or release
