Host vs Minikube: Where to execute docker run?

Hi, I have a question regarding the setup instructions.

In the steps provided, it says:

cd project/bevel
minikube mount $(pwd):/mnt/bevel/ --gid=root --uid=root
docker run -it -v /mnt/bevel:/home/bevel/ --network="host" ghcr.io/hyperledger/bevel-build:latest bash
cd bevel
./run.sh

Since /mnt/bevel exists only inside the Minikube VM after the minikube mount command, should the docker run command be executed on the host machine, or do I need to minikube ssh and run the docker run from inside the Minikube environment?
