hpm6e00evk例程 ThreadX NetX Iperf千兆网络只能跑到60Mbit、而Lwip可以跑的440Mbits、由于对SDK不够深入了解无法优化移植。希望官方优化提供参考历程。

在1.9.0上问题确实存在，我们会在下一个release上fix此问题
