Tab indicator broken on some zoom levels

Describe the issue you are experiencing

When using 80% and 90% zoom, the active tab indicator is not visible. I tested with different browser, private mode, different OS and still same.

Describe the behavior you expected

The active tab indicator bar should be visible regardless of the zoom level.

Steps to reproduce the issue

I've only updated core and addons since the last time I saw it was working as expected.

Not sure, maybe before 2025.4.0

Additional information

I don't know if it's related but also a custom card from HACS which had a tab feature also broken and it's tabs are completely unusable.
