iOS device model, version and app version

Model Name: iPhone
Software Version: 15.5
App version: 2025.3 (2025.1205)

Home Assistant Core Version

2025.5.1

Describe the bug
Icons are frequently missing. When I pull down from top of screen to refresh the icons are then shown but my instance preferences are lost.

Not all icons are missing, just some on sub dashboards.

To Reproduce
Not sure, it just happens multiple times a day. I open the app and icons are missing.

This is something we don't have control over the App since it's in the webview presented by frontend. I'll be transferring this issue to frontend so we find help with people with more expertise than me.

I have started to experience the same issue also, but did not get to any conclusion what is the cause for it, note that my case is on Android and not iPhone.
Since I use a reverse proxy to isolate stuff, I tried to disable external access completely and use only the internal URL which still created the same issue, if I load the app again it is fixed

Should I open a separate issue for the app settings getting reset?
