Start assigning issues

It would be helpful if issues would start being assigned to users who are working on them as currently it is not visible what is being worked on from the issue list, you have to individually open issues to check or go to the project

The project is meant to be more of a visibility tool for this, but we can start adding assignments to the issues too :)

Using assignments for every issue that is beeing worked on would be pretty nice, idk if its possible to allow the members of the project team to self assign them to issues but I think that would already be a good idea
