Description

As part of our ongoing commitment to maintaining a robust and up-to-date codebase, this ticket is dedicated to addressing dependency updates flagged by Dependabot during the sprint. The goal is to review and apply necessary updates to ensure our dependencies remain current and aligned with best practices.

This is a routine maintenance task to keep our project healthy and efficient. Specific tasks will be outlined in the checklist below as we progress through the sprint.
