add using with gleam card

There is a lot packages for gleam recently, I'm not against it, the ecosystem should grow. But should we link to a page how to use it or add a filter by language?

There are a number of BEAM languages we dont mention here.
What are you impressions of the roadmap in Gleam? Louis launched this a few months ago (maybe longer) https://packages.gleam.run/
It seems like they are positioning the language to be wholly independent.
