I was collecting a list of upstream points of contact for a Rails app I maintain and I noticed that this repository's GitHub URL is set to a Platformatec link. It should be changed, or possibly just removed if there is no Web presence for Devise outside of the GitHub repository/wiki/tracker.

Several people have tried to reach the maintainers without success.

@awilfox I'm not sure which URL you mean? There's some that point to plataformatec's website like this (which we keep because of the old blog posts in there), but I thought I had updated the repo ones everywhere, maybe I missed it.

@fthobe apologies for being absent for so long... life and everything, things got a bit hectic, and I stepped away (maybe for too long)... I have glanced at multiple conversations going on, but haven't been able to review them yet, planning to slowly getting back to it.

@carlosantoniodasilva: That is the URL that I meant (the "about" URL). If it's meant to be there, then feel free to close and sorry for the noise. Thank you for Devise. Maintainer to maintainer, I totally understand how hectic life can be, and I hope you're able to find some time to not only work on Devise, but also to chill and have a peaceful moment. Take care!

Thank you for your encouraging words. Man, this is your project and you can do with it what you see fit for any reason or no reason at all, but with >20m downloads and given the sensitive parts that devise handles, maybe it would be a great idea to attach it to a more stable project. I could ask at Solidus if somebody can dedicate some resources.

I was already considering starting the work on a drop in replacement.
Shoutout to @nashby by the way who is doing amazing work.
