Release Helm chart pipeline is broken

Just a quick issue to flag that currently, the action Release Helm chart fails and the latest version of the chart for Grafana Agent that is published is 0.42.0

Just came here to report exactly this. The v0.42.0 Docker image is using an EOL intermediate Ubuntu release, 23.10 (which is kind of its own problem, honestly). Can I do anything to help get this fixed?
