We would like to have acceptance tests, but service accounts don't have permissions to access most of the Resource Manager API. This issue is a placeholder for these tests.

Closing this issue as the behavior of Resource Manager that blocks the use of service accounts is by design and not something that is likely to change.

If the situation changes and these acceptance tests are wanted in the future, please open an new issue and reference this issue.
