Support for Windows?

I see that the goreleaser config currently does not have support for Windows. Any particular reason? Stevedore works in Windows too I guess? If it does, we can support Windows installation too. How? One way is to provide scripts for installation as mentioned in #36

Let me add that there are many Windows users too out there. I have also found people filing issues regarding windows support. Example - karuppiah7890/helm-schema-gen#5 . Hence this issue. I can raise PR as it seems like a valuable thing to me

@karuppiah7890 we haven't done extensive testing on Windows, not even we have validated whether everything works fine in Windows.

Raise a PR after validating whether it works in Windows without any issue

I don't have access to windows machines. Would have to use VMs and also get access to windows 7 or 10 free version or something. I'll let this stay till we can find someone with windows machine (especially windows 7 and 10) who can help with testing.

There's also Windows Subsystem for Linux (WSL). Gotta check if it works there too, using the Linux binaries
