Error adding Audit Log Forward Syslog Endpoint

Sending audit logs to SIEM

Steps to reproduce the problem:
When adding Audit Log Forward Syslog Endpoint
thus 10.0.0.100:515, the error occurs "2025-03-28T22:09:55Z [ERROR] [/pkg/audit/forward.go:70]: failed to connect to audit log endpoint, error dial tcp: address tcp://10.0.20.87:515: too many colons in address"

Versions:
v2.12.2

• harbor version: v2.12.2
• kubernetes version: 1.30
• chart version: 1.16.2

Even provided example didn't work:
2025-03-28T22:59:11Z [ERROR] [/pkg/audit/forward.go:70]: failed to connect to audit log endpoint, error dial tcp: address tcp://harbor-log:10514: too many colons in address.

In Harbor GUI i've added address like this: harbor-log:10514

I think it is the bug.

@bupd we could add validation in the UI side to fail early or any tool-tip.
