Proposal

This ticket is to keep track about the activities of research and development to make it possible to test the secondary SMTP configuration.

This implementation should consider to:

Make it possible to select which of the SMTP configuraton to test
Make it possible to choose to which address send the email notifications
Evaluate possibilities to recognize the type of misconfiguration
