Proposal

This ticket is to track the research and implementation of a new feature to make it possible to configure an SMTP server.

This secondary system is intended to be used for sending a subset of the email notifications.

E.g. in the context of the italian law some specific email notifications (.e.g law or contract related) should be used in officially certified email accounts (PEC).
