Make a custom landing page for indirect download of TBB on GeTor.tor2web.org

As an extension of ticket #168 following the @virgil's idea, this ticket is to provide a very beatifull, UX reviewed, internationalized, Tor Download page.

This web page should be shown when the user is requesting the GeTor hostname-part of a Tor2web url.

The Web Page should be carefully designed with internationalized text (we may re-use the amazing work done by Amnesty International for a project developed together with GlobaLeaks), supported on Transifex.

The goal os #168 is to provide a Tor Download facility to be integrated within third-party download page instruction.
