在未自动识别出快递公司的情况下
完成添加的返回时调回第一步而无法选择快递公司

@ArchieMeng 最后发现是当你从快递100 API 切换为百度 API 之后
在不重启整个 app 的情况下 添加新的包裹，由百度接口选择快递公司的提示会被吃掉（
